Refund Policy

Thank you for using AnimDATA.app. We strive to provide the best service possible. This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which refunds may be granted.

1. Subscription Plans

Refunds for subscription-based plans are handled as follows:

  • Monthly Subscriptions: Refunds for monthly subscriptions are not available once the subscription period has begun. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and your access will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.
  • Annual Subscriptions: If you cancel an annual subscription within the first 14 days of purchase, you may be eligible for a full refund. After this period, refunds are not available, but you may cancel to avoid renewal.

2. One-Time Purchases

Refunds for one-time purchases, such as token packs, are not typically available. Exceptions may be made in cases of technical errors or if the service was not delivered as promised. Please contact support for assistance.

3. Lifetime Plans

Refunds for lifetime plans are only available within the first 14 days of purchase if the service does not meet your expectations or technical issues prevent you from using it as intended. After 14 days, no refunds will be granted.

4. Refund Exceptions

Refunds may not be granted under the following circumstances:

  • Failure to use the service or access your account.
  • Technical issues on your side, such as browser incompatibility or internet connectivity problems.
  • Abuse or misuse of the platform that violates our Terms and Conditions.

5. Requesting a Refund

All payments are processed through Paddle.com as the Merchant of Record. To request a refund:

  • Or directly contact Paddle support with your order number
  • Include your account information and reason for the refund request
  • Our team will review your case and respond within 5-7 business days

6. Refund Processing Through Paddle

When a refund is approved:

  • Paddle will process the refund to your original payment method
  • Processing typically takes 5-10 business days depending on your payment provider
  • For credit card payments, refunds may appear as "Paddle.com" on your statement
  • Any associated account features or privileges will be revoked upon refund completion
  • Previously exported or downloaded content may no longer be accessible

7. Currency and Exchange Rates

Refunds will be processed by Paddle in the original currency of purchase. Any differences in amount due to exchange rate fluctuations are beyond our control and will not be compensated.

8. Promotional and Discounted Purchases

Purchases made using promotional codes, discounts, or during special offers may have different refund terms. These will be clearly communicated at the time of purchase.

9. Tax and Invoice Adjustments

When a refund is processed through Paddle:

  • A credit note will be automatically generated
  • Any applicable taxes will be refunded according to local regulations
  • Updated invoice documentation will be provided by Paddle

10. Changes to the Refund Policy

We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon being posted on this page. Your continued use of the service after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
